Acquiring the code

Welcome developers. So you want to get your hands on the code of PSR Registration shuffler, right? Well, you're spot on as any help is much appreciated. The code is stored in a Subversion repository. So obviously you need a subversion client for accessing it. If you happen to have svn installed you can get the code by typing:

mkdir psr-reg-shuffle
cd psr-reg-shuffle
svn co http://ncc-1701a.homelinux.net/svn/psr-reg-shuffle/trunk/

This will get you the recent code base. BTW, you can simply browse the repository by pasting above URL to your browser. Although browsing ain't much comfortable since I didn't install a web interface upon svn-webdav.

Applying changes

The above mention svn repository is read-only by default. If you want to have your changes merged you can send them to me via e-mail and I well check them in for you. Just direct your mail application to <dennis -at- ncc-1701a.homelinux.net>. This is what you are supposed to do with your first changes. (Patch files would be much appreciated).

But once I see you really mean it, I can of course grant write access to the repository for you. But you should be aware that the repository resides on my small home server and that there's no trusted web interface where you could set your password silently. Users are added to the repository by hand. So I will ultimately know about your password. I hope that's ok for you, but please refrain from picking a sensitive password like your online banking PIN ...

Working on the web page

This web page draws upon a custom version of Erfurt Wiki which I spend much time to adopt to my needs. (In deed this adopted version has beed pioneered by WikiBerd, my personal wiki) Thus many changes to the page can be done online. But some other things might actually need FTP acces to the server.

Please get in touch with me if you want to work on the web page.

BTW, you can download the source of this wiki (with all my changes) here.
