| Acquiring the codeWelcome developers. I'm glad you made it here. In case you want to get your hands wet on the code of the »PSR Registration Shuffler« just check out the latest codebase from svn. If you happen to have svn installed you can get the code by typing: mkdir psr-reg-shuffle Note, that the server answers on HTTP as well as on HTTPS. You're advised to use HTTPS though, because all communication (including passwords) is done in plain text. BTW, you can simply browse the repository by pasting above URL to your browser. Although browsing ain't much comfortable since I didn't install a web interface upon svn-webdav. Applying changesThe above mentioned svn repository is read-only by default. If you want to have your changes merged you can send them to me via e-mail and I'll be more than glad to check them in for you. Just direct your mail application to <dennis -at- ncc-1701a.homelinux.net>. Of course after doing this several times the process becomes tiresome. But once I (quickly) see you really mean it, it's of course no problem to grant write access to the repository for you. You just should be aware that the repository resides on my small home server and that there's no trusted web interface where you could set your password silently. (Maybe in future) Thus users are added to the repository by hand. So I will ultimately know about your password. I hope that's ok for you, but please refrain from picking a sensitive password like your online banking PIN ... Working on the web pageThis web page draws upon a custom version of Erfurt Wiki on which I spent much time to adopt to my needs. (In deed this adopted version has beed pioneered by WikiBerd, my personal wiki) Thus many changes to the page can be done online. But some other things might actually need FTP acces to the server. Please get in touch with me if you want to work on the web page. I'll get you ftp and wiki-edit access then. BTW, you can download the source of this wiki (with all my changes) here. |
